Course Overview: This course prepares NSIB teams and tutors to manage the human side of transportation disaster response: survivor and family support, information governance, trauma-informed conduct, public information discipline, stakeholder coordination, and preparedness exercises.
Who should enroll: NSIB family liaison officers, operations leaders, communications personnel, emergency planners, investigators, airline/airport liaison officers, and tutors responsible for response-readiness training.
